about

After raising money on RocketHub to fund his first full-length mini album, the Québec City native electronic music producer Nial finally reveals 'Do Not Eat' on Who Is Louise Records. The album consist of six originals tracks featuring the vocals of Cassandra Kay, Jay Jacob and B.B.K., followed by four remixes from different producers such as Bawdy, PRA2, Marc Rémillard and E1000.

'Safety Warning' is the first track of the album. This powerful and melodic intro is here to puts us into context about the rest of the tracks. Followed by the club anthem 'Carousel' featuring the sexy voice of Cassandra Kay, and the bass pumping 'Unknown' featuring the enticing Jay Jacob. Those two tracks prove how talented Aussie musicians are talented. Next comes 'Sonic Waves', your high-energy unconventional dub step song with the eclectic singer B.B.K.. 'Local Host' will slap your face with these trashy distortions and old school percussion. Then 'Sunset Kiss' will complete the album with its progressive and deep melodies.

The second part of the album starts with Bawdy, serving up an incredible drum & bass version of 'Carousel', tinged with moombah vibes, trap percussions and glitch hop attitude. PRA2 offers us his version of 'Unknown' in an old school way, with a touch of progressiveness and nostalgia. 'Unknown' is also remixed by Marc Rémillard, pushing the track to the trap level with huge drops and heavy bass lines. E1000 concludes the whole album with a more hip-hop version of 'Sonic Waves'. Who Is Louise Records proudly presents the debut album of Nial.
